We’re honored that P&G is one of the top 10 best employers in Singapore! A strong culture is essential to this success, and at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center (SgIC), this means ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to make an impact and explore their full potential.

Our annual Red Dot program fosters our innovation culture by providing seed fund access in support of innovative ideas. Any R&D employee with an idea may apply for Red Dot funding, and we’ve seen many novel, disruptive ideas flourish through this program.

In addition, our employees are encouraged to be intentional about their growth, by declaring relevant skills and experiences they’d like to acquire and making a plan for doing so. This is fully supported by their managers.

Programs such as these, along with the innovative, growth #mindset of our talent, have contributed to a thriving SgIC.

We’re also inspired by the resilience of our employees, who have risen to the challenges of the pandemic, and have played a central role in creating the very environment that has made the SgIC such a great place to work.
