Minister of Environment Visit

Today, in conjunction with a Singapore Armed Forces rededication ceremony held at the SgIC, we were honored to host Ms Grace Fu, Minister for the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Singapore on an exclusive tour of the P&G Singapore Innovation Center (SgIC).

Vice President, R&D SgIC leader Yuko Nakamura led her through an overview of our sustainability efforts here. These efforts, championed by SgIC sustainability leader Hector Esquinca and his team, encompass a broad range of actions, from saving energy and water to building awareness and driving sustainable habit change among our employees.

We also showcased examples of sustainable product innovations led out of the SgIC. Lee Yun Qin, Rachael Read and Stefano Bartolucci presented our proprietary waterless beauty product innovations. ZhenXiong Leow and Cherynn T. then demonstrated how we use robotics to test and optimize sustainable packaging solutions.

Minister Fu was impressed with our innovations, and we had a great conversation about how each one of us can do our part to drive #sustainability.
