A visit from Chandrika

This week, we had the privilege of hosting Chandrika Kasturi, R&D Senior Vice President for Global Skin and Personal Care.

Throughout her week of conversations with the skincare scientists at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center (SgIC), she was struck by the breadth of innovation we’ve delivered throughout the pandemic and also by our culture. “The great culture at the SgIC is the best enabler of innovation – knowing that you have an open, caring organization that you feel you’re a part of, where you can bring your whole selves, is something that you can be proud of.”

She congratulated the winners of our Asia-wide Growth Mindset Awards, and noted that the call to learn and grow is an essential part of what it means to “Research and Develop” in R&D. She encouraged us to use our learning culture as a platform from which to raise the bar and not to be satisfied with the status quo.
