The P&G Singapore Innovation center (SgIC) is where the next generation of products are born for some of the world’s most loved brands such as Pantene, Head and Shoulders, Olay, SKII, Joy, Febreze, Ambi Pur, Vicks and Pampers.

This magic is made possible by the #TheFutureMakers:

Close to 500 scientists and engineers from 25 countries who represent a breathtaking range of expertise, from consumer understanding to chemistry, robotics to virtual reality, and biology to big data. Thanks to this world-class talent and its state-of-the-art facilities, the SgIC has the end-to-end capability to deliver consumer goods innovation.

A “Continuous Learning” culture that was recognized with the 2019 Skillsfuture Employer award for its emphasis on employee skill development.


Providing an Annual Red Dot Seed fund to support promising grassroot project proposals with blockbuster potential.


Extending its innovation capability through its Connect + Develop program, which fosters close partnership with institutes in Singapore such A*STAR and other institutes in the region.


Partnering with the Singapore EDB to develop the P&G GrowthWorks program. This partnership drives Constructive Disruption, with a commitment to grow 3 new brands that are created, validated, scaled and globally headquartered in Singapore.
